The USA Pro Cycling Challenge in Breckenridge will be August 20th AND 21st this year. That’s right. Breckenridge will be included in not one, but TWO legs of the 2013 premiere cycling event with both a stage finish and stage start on the tour’s schedule.

The 2012 Breckenridge single family home sales numbers are in and indicate that the market is on the upswing! 2012 saw a significant improvement in the number of home and land sales in Breckenridge over previous years.
243 single family homes were sold last year. Compare that to the previous year of 202 and that’s a 20% increase! When comparing 2012’s home sales against 2010’s the improvement is even more evident. With 152 homes sold in 2010, the 2012 Breckenridge single family home sales were a 60% increase!
