I am a broker associate at Breck Life Group - eXp Realty. I have lived in New Orleans, Tampa, Atlanta, and Italy. For nearly 20 years, Breckenridge has been my true home. In early 2019, I finally realized my dream of permanently setting full-time roots in Breckenridge.
Prior to calling real estate my full time profession I was successful entrepreneur: I have worked with domestic and international organizations in Italy, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa developing community programs and technology to address local housing issues and foster sustainability. I practiced dispute resolution though my work with an aggressively expanding law firm and developed multi-level and multi-media marketing strategies, that places an emphasis on client first services.
My expertise and attention to detail is unparalleled and far exceeds brokering a “transaction.” I embrace the responsibility that comes from working with a select clientele, which expect excellence and demands keen business acumen. I will tackle the business of maximizing your home’s value, while tirelessly searching for a property to meet your family’s unique dreams, draft documents to protect your interests, and negotiate aggressively to meet and exceed your needs. One of my most recent clients described me best, “ Christian represented us recently on the buy side of a complex transaction that included many unexpected hurdles and a challenging negotiation process. He was calm and clear headed in the face of difficulties and we felt confident our interests were being protected by Christian and his colleagues. I’d recommend him highly. You might not fully appreciate all the behind the scenes support provided by your agent. When a transaction gets challenging, you suddenly realize how much having a good agent matters. You can feel confident with someone like Christian Vales in your corner.”
In my free time, I can be found volunteering at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC), where I help adaptive skiers enjoy the mountain to the fullest, working on classic Land Rovers, or hiking with my husky Luka.
