I first visited Breckenridge in 2003. All I knew of the outdoors was hiking and camping, and I couldn’t understand why anyone would want such long winters. Once I was introduced to skiing, however, I was awakened to what an extraordinary place Breckenridge truly is. Having enjoyed living in cities as well as remote towns, I couldn’t believe Breckenridge offered the remoteness of a small town without forgoing the varied and popular experiences typical of a city.Â
Pete and I first joined forces with a vacation rental business in 2008. However, he quickly realized that he was much more passionate about real estate. I came to learn from my varied experiences that my passion was for administration. So, when I was presented with the opportunity to help open a new art gallery in town, I found myself very excited with the idea of developing new processes and systems. I took advantage of the offer and sold the vacation rental business in 2018.Â
It wasn’t long after my time at the gallery that Pete was at a crossroads, moving away from acting as a transactional real estate agent to fully dedicating himself to the success of the team at the Breck Life Group. We found ourselves having long and fervent conversations about the Breck Life Group and realized that it offered us an opportunity to spend time together while focusing on our individual business acumen. I couldn’t be happier to be part of the team.
