The fabulous Clearwater Lofts at Keystone is one of Summit County’s newest condo developments coming through the pipeline. 

According to listings that were just added to the market, construction is scheduled to get underway later this month and first occupancy planned for late December 2020. But along with that, here’s a quick look at what else we know so far: 

  • The developer behind the project is Midwest Development & Investment Corp. 
  • According to Summit County Planning Department records, the site plan includes 65 units. 
  • Clearwater Lofts at Keystone is located at 111 Clearwater Way, near Highway 6 and Decatur Road.
  • Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, heated garage parking, and a resort ski shuttle

Breckenridge Craft Spirits Festival

Dates: October 18-20, 2019
The 10th annual fall event features small-batch distillers from around the country, seminars to enhance your knowledge of spirits, a themed alcohol cooking class, scavenger hunt, and countless opportunities to sample.

Event Highlights:
GRAND TASTING: STILL ON THE HILL - The event of the weekend-long festival, the Still on the Hill is the original event of this Spirits festival. Starting off at 4pm on Saturday, partake in sampling over 40 spirits from some of the best distillers in the country. Live music and locally prepared food will round out this afternoon event.

Although early fall tends to be one of the busier times for the Summit County housing market, this year’s season could be a bit slower thanks to chatter about an economic recession getting louder. 

According to newly released figures from the Summit Association of Realtors, the number of home sales, the total sales volume, and luxury home sales in Summit County were all down in July, with declines settling at between 10% to 18%. 

While the dip is raising some eyebrows, it is worth noting that the Summit Association of Realtors President was quick to point out that the slowdown could be nothing more than a seasonal fluke, and a downturn in Denver’s housing market could also be impacting what we’re seeing here in Summit County as well.
