Perched on the side of a ridge rising over the Snake River Arm, Summerwood is a beautiful residential neighborhood of around 100 homes, some of which are among the most sought-after water-view homes in Dillon. Homeowners enjoy a slew of luxury amenities, from a community clubhouse with a fitness center, pool, and event space to a wide selection of sports facilities and courts. 

Numerous trailheads are located within or close to the neighborhood, and Dillon Disc Golf Course is across US Highway 6, making it an ideal choice for outdoor lovers. Just a bit further, residents can reach several access points for Lake Dillon and Keystone Resort. While the gorgeous natural surroundings make the neighborhood feel remote, it's just a five-minute drive from central Dillon and only a bit further from the shopping and dining near Interstate 70.

These feature up to seven bedrooms and more than 7,000 square feet on lots of a third to a half acre. Dillon Valley

Living in the Dillon Valley Community

Dillon Valley consists of several large condo developments located in northeast Dillon along the south side of Interstate 70, though there are a small number of detached homes in the Dillon Valley neighborhood. Comfortable condos at Dillon Bay in Corinthian Hill sell from the mid-$800s to around $1 million for two-bedroom homes with approximately 1,100 square feet of living space. Detached homes list from $1.5 million to more than $3 million, and some are built on spacious lots of nearly half an acre. Inside, four or more bedrooms are spread across almost 6,000 square feet, including spacious kitchens and living rooms, high ceilings, bonus space like rec rooms, and oversized garages. Most properties were built in the 1980s, though undeveloped lots can still occasionally be found for around $1 million.

It sits south of the bend of US Highway 6 as it passes through town, centered around Tenderfoot Street. Residents are just a 15-minute walk from Dillon Marina and 10 minutes or less from the shopping and dining options in central Dillon, including Scrappy's Pizza. The neighborhood is also adjacent to Dillon Town Park, a relaxing green space with sports courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, and more. 

Even though it’s close to so many conveniences, New Town still provides a perfect escape at the end of a busy day around town or on the slopes.
